No confirm about that but in future Epsilon will make appearance by pad her chest with slime in hot water in two next arc

My theory is in this arc maybe her slime suit can't stand under hot water, so she decline to be inside the hot spring. But later she improved her slime suit after this incident because she learns from her mistake. So later in Oriana arc, she already perfected (maybe) her slime suit to be able to handle a high temperature overtime.
It is the same like in Iron Man movie, Stark always upgrade his suit to overcome last episode mistake, like in the first movie his suit can't stand in low temperature in the atmosfer and made his suit system immediately shut down, thats why he combined a gold alloy in the next episode to overcome this mistake.

Sorry but the problem for epsilon is that a slime suit is applied outside of the body.
So if she strips of her clothing you will see either her slime armor or her flat chest.
Therefore she also doesn't show bare skin since there is nothing to show.

In manga chapter 44 she incorporated the slime in her body fixing this issue.

Are they water proof?

I think they are... Epsilon probably just doesn't want to take the risk. She's replicated color, texture and bounce, but even she wouldn't be able to reproduce visible veins, peach fuzz or even buoyancy for that matter. Fat floats, slime being a heavy like gel would either sink or float even more so in the water. There's a ton of little factors she just wouldn't be able to reproduce that would tip Beta and Theta off.
